Ron Toigo

Ron Toigo is Co–Managing Director of Shato Holdings Ltd., a private company founded in 1969 with its head office in Vancouver, BC. Shato Holdings is a diversified organization that manages real estate throughout North America and operates a portfolio of companies in Canada and the US including White Spot Restaurants, Triple O’s, Pat Quinn’s, Tsawwassen Springs Golf and Catering, RiverHouse Restaurant, Winchell’s Donuts, and Winreal Real Estate. 

Ron is the Owner and President of Regency Realty Royal LePage with offices in Ladner and Tsawwassen. 

Ron is the President and Majority Owner of the Vancouver Giants. His background in Hockey dated back in the 90’s when he owned and operated the Tri–City Americans Hockey Club & Coliseum which he sold in 2000, and acquired an expansion team for Vancouver with Pat Quinn, Gordie Howe, Sultan Thiara, later Michael and Lewis Bublé joined the ownership group. 

In 2006 & 2019 Chaired the IIHF World Juniors. 

Ron is the Governor and member of the Western Hockey League Executive Committee. 

Ron is one of the very few people that have dived to the Titanic wreck site in 2021 and again in 2022 before the Titan Submersible’s accident in June 2023.
