Karri Green-Schuerman

Karri is the co-owner of Chambar Restaurant with business partner Chef Nico Schuermans, the co-founder of Café Medina and The Dirty Apron Cooking School. Her background includes advertising, intergovernmental relations and climate advocacy, and continues to work in the convergence of sustainability, ethics and economics. A mother of 3 boys, and when not working can be found in the mountains or on the sea.
