Peter R. Toigo

Peter R. Toigo is Co–Managing Director of Shato Holdings Ltd., a private company founded in 1969 with its head office in Vancouver BC. Shato Holdings is a diversified organization that manages real estate throughout North America and operates a portfolio of companies in Canada and the US including White Spot Restaurants, Triple O’s, Pat Quinn’s, Tsawwassen Springs Golf and Catering, RiverHouse Restaurant, Winchell’s Donuts, and Winreal Real Estate. 

Peter, along with the White Spot senior management team in 1997 created the Triple O’s concept growing it to over 70 locations in BC, Alberta, Ontario and Hong Kong. 

With Peter’s vision and support Shato built a Home Office Training and” state of the art” Culinary Center to support the industry Training Authority’s Red Seal cook training program. 

Peter, Ron and the Toigo Family have supported philanthropic initiatives including Variety, Zajac Ranch, Delta Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital, and several Medical research programs.
