Alain Chow

Alain Chow was born in 1974 and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He has been lucky to call Vancouver, British Columbia, home for the last 14 years, moving here in 2011. Upon his move, he joined the team at Bao Bei Chinese Brasserie as a sous chef. He progressed to running the kitchen and then became a partner in Kissa Tanto Restaurant and Meo Restaurant and Bar, while also acting as an administrator for all three restaurants. He is a passionate and proud Chinese Canadian, loving husband and father to three children.
