Matt Cusano

Calgary born, Matt trained in Vancouver and in the Okanagan. In Victoria, he worked at OLO and led culinary teams as Executive Chef at the Oswego Hotel, Boom + Batten, and Brentwood Bay Resort. Matt has been a strong advocate for quality ingredients and local products which led him to his current role in Island Sales at Two Rivers Meats. Matt is also the sole proprietor of Ciao Chili, a locally made Italian sauce brand.
