Dan Carkner

Dan joined the restaurant scene as a ski bum in Banff and fell in love with cooking. His culinary journey includes training at the Culinary Institute of Canada, PEI; Parliament Hill, Ottawa; with experience from Nova Scotia to Kelowna. Dan is now Executive Chef at the Modest Butcher at Mt.Boucherie Estate Winery.
