Mike Cordoba

Mike Cordoba has been a prominent figure in the restaurant industry for 31 years. His career began in 1993 when he joined Boston Pizza. Over the course of 15 years, he advanced from the role of controller to President and COO in 2000, and subsequently to CEO in 2004 until his departure in 2008.

In 2010, Mike, in partnership with Al Cave, acquired the MR MIKES business. Under their leadership, the brand underwent a significant revitalization, expanding throughout British Columbia, across Western Canada, and into Ontario. This expansion stands as a testament to Mike’s commitment to growth, enhancing dining experiences and supporting local communities.
